"I called Fly this past Saturday as my previous provider was unable to accommodate my needs. They kindly scheduled me for a reasonable time on Monday. The technicians were on site within a half hour of the time window I was scheduled for. They proceeded to quote the work and get the new water heater installed in under 4 hours which was half the time my previous provider quoted. Fly also got me a better water heater and installed it for a much more reasonable price than my former provider and with none of the hassle.
